Improve tvdb_api show-search interface

Allow users to enter a corrected showname in the prompt, if the search doesn't return the correct one.
Have it persist (so each time you process "CSI.NY.s01e01.avi", it queries thetvdb.com for CSI New York), and optionally from a "corrections.config"

I want to rewrite the interactivity parts of both tvnamer (mainly) and tvdb_api (to remove that hardcoded command-line prompt in the API), but not for now
