Aliases for show-name parsing

Another suggestion would be to test out natbur's tvrenamer for some cool functionality with assigning an alias to a series. So CSINY, CSI New York, and CSI NY all match properly to "CSI NY". It then remembers these settings the next time I run it. So lets say your app doesn't know if it has a match for "CSI.New.York.S01E02.Whatever.avi". So you are allowed to enter a search string and bring up a list of series that match "CSI". I then select "CSI NY" as the proper series and your app adds an entry for "CSI New York" as an alias for "CSI NY" or the seriesid. So next time I run this it now be able to match it to the proper series.

This would be easier done as a separate script, or even as part of TheTVDB API search.
