Deal with multiple episodes in one file

Deal with files such as:

"Show.name.s01e01e02.avi" or "Show Name - [01x01-02]"

    I don't see this happening with the current state of the code. It would require to many changes that wouldn't fit with the current (crappy) structure of the tvnamer.py

    I don't feel this is a big enough issue to justify the complexity added. It generally deals with two-episode files as only containing one episode, it is then trivial to manually change [01x01] to [01x01-02] or however you wish to denote this

    Filename parsing regex now support this, the rest should be easy
