tvnamer doesn't like parsing unicode filenames

- → Milestone changed from “” to “3. Later”
- → State changed from “new” to “open”
This will involve making the regex's allow unicode files, and the renaming function not encode unicode to ASCII before renaming. Could also raise issues renaming unicode files onto filesystems that don't support it
