Ignore dot files when running on folder

Running tvnamer on files with resource fork files is a problem. Running..
$ touch lost.s01e01.avi
$ touch ._lost.s01e01.avi
$ tvnamer .
..will try and rename both files to Lost - [01x01] - Pilot
(1).avi
At the very least, ignore the resource fork file. It would be better to move the resource fork file also, if it's easy enough to do..
